How are medical sciences? On par with technological levels, or different? Also, do they have basic things like painkillers that we take for granted in the modern world?
Also, same question for food and drink. Are there things like soda and frozen food, or is it more Victorian/turn of the century in fare?
Medical science in Bavan is akin to a bigger city in the US around the 1950s. They do have painkillers and a few science-fiction type gadgets that may come up in plot later, but aren't quite as advanced as modern day. Vandare is about the same but lags a little behind Bavan, Rota and Kulen are more turn-of-the-century.
Vandare and Bavan will have processed foods and soda and the like, Rota does sometimes, Kulen really only has fruits, veggies, meat, and dairy from their farms.
